Thank you to whom ever stole my clothes how do you like them? Jeans fit ya nice towels nice a fluffy? Thank you to management who never answers the phone and have a full voice-mail box all the time. Wonderfully terrible experience. Plus half the machines don't work smell like mold leak all over. And let's talk about them prices how high can they go?!?! 2.50 for a normal washer? Price gouging the poor at its best. 10/10 will not be back do not recommend.

The new software is questionable. If you swipe your bank card for a 5.50 wash or 8.75 wash, or any wash, the application will automatically put a bank hold of 10.00 per swipe. I don't agree with that. If I swipe a 5.50 service, I want my bank to show a 5.50 deduction, nothing else. Also, when we attempted to just use quarters, the machines no longer show the .25 deduction when you put a quarter in, so you get ripped off that way too. Go back to the old fashioned payment method or fix the quirks. No one using a laundromat is rich. If we were, we'd have homes and our own washers and dryers. Don't prey on the most vulnerable people. Thanks. The only reason many of us are using these machines, is because our apartment management has decided to use software vendors on our apartment machines. Those software vendors are ripping us off in the apartment complex, the apartment management is not taking responsibility for the 3rd party failures, now the laundromats that surround the neighborhood are doing the same thing. As a person being affected by this new failure, I am disappointed with the dismal software developer that does not fix it's quirks and bugs, leaving many people ripped off in one way or another. How does it feel to be a part of the problem and not the solution?

Sanitized! Happy to see they are cleaning and sanitizing. Out of orders used to be an issue but all is fixed and new credit card readers. Love the new dryers! Always nice that they’re open 24 hours with free wi-fi. People Seem very friendly.
