Scheduled a consult for Covid treatment because the State of Oregon website said that’s what you do, and provides a link to a bunch of Walgreens clinics. The PA calls me, says that’s not the case, and that only certain underlying conditions qualify. That’s fine, I confirmed that I don’t have any of those underlying conditions, let’s leave it at that and move on. Instead, he felt the need to passive aggressively re-ask about each potential underlying condition, one-by-one waiting for a yes/no answer on each one. I already answered these questions on the online form, which is why we concluded that I don’t qualify. Which, again, that’s fine. We are patients. We’re already feeling sick, we don’t need you to get annoyed with us.

I made my appointment online. The very next morning I got a call cancelling the appointment. I was told the doctor wouldn't be in that day, which left me thinking: are they really just cancelling everyone's appointments for the whole day? They couldn't get some other doctor to substitute? It would be 1 star if not for the lady on the phone who was able to reschedule me for another location on the same day. I'll probably just go to that other location from now on.

Came in today for a sore throat check to make sure it wasn't strep. Doctor and nurse were both very personable and knowledgeable; great bed-side manner. They listened to my concerns and put me at ease. I had my results back in less than 10 minutes. I would recommend and use this service again, thank you.

This was the best urgent care appt I've ever experienced! I visited a different clinic a couple of times in the last month and both times the wait was ridiculously long. My visit here, however, was great - beginning with making my appointment (which I did online just ten minutes before arriving), and ending with walking out with my medication barely 30 minutes later. I will definitely make this my go-to clinic when I need one.

Express care offers treatment for simple conditions like cold, flu, allergies, cough, congestion, ear, nose and throat issues, urinary tract infections, eye irritations, skin conditions, and asthma. We treat minor injuries like sprains, strains, cuts, and scrapes and can conduct tests for strep, mono, pregnancy, cholesterol, and STDs. We can also prescribe things (like antibiotics for UTIs).
If you’re using insurance, the fee is the cost of your copay. You can easily get an estimate by entering your insurance into our online cost calculator. Without insurance, a standard visit costs $149. Sports/school physicals are $50. Full payment is due at the time of service, if we are not billing your insurance. Lab tests and procedures are priced separately.

We do! We offer urine pregnancy tests that are more likely to be accurate than home pregnancy test due to the reduced risk of errors in the testing process.
