The maintenance staff here at Eaves is great, there was a leak in the bathroom sink that was going on and off for a few months and had a couple of maintenance techs try and fix it but the leak kept coming back...last tech here was Cesar and he really went above and beyond, found that there was a major leak that had to be repaired in more depth and also followed up to make sure everything was ok after it was repaired! Thanks Cesar appreciate your thoroughness!

This was the second place that I looked at when I was apartment hunting. I fell in love with the community, amenities, big balcony, and especially the dog park. Got to walk around the grounds and met such friendly residents and their pups. I definitely saw myself living here with my own two pups and let me tell you they absolutely love their new place. So much space, grass, and trees all along which creates a nice getaway from the city. A nice change from the loud and busy downtown Long Beach where we came from. It’s peaceful, quiet and I feel safe walking the grounds with the pups at anytime of the day. I read some of the reviews about parking but there’s always parking! If you come home a little later you might not get to park as close as you’d like to your place but there is always parking. If you would like to have your own reserved parking you can do that too. What I love is they offer guest parking for 72 hours but there’s also plenty of outside parking for guests. I think what sealed the deal for me about this place was Nicole. She was so warm and welcoming and helped run the process of renting so effortlessly. She listened to my wants and took care of everything that I needed before moving in. My lease was up and I didn’t have much time. I could not done this move so quickly without her. I love that there is wonderful staff like Nicole here at Eaves. This is a big change from my former place in downtown Long Beach and I hated dealing with the staff there. So thank you very much Nicole for taking such good care of us!

We have loved our stay at the Eaves. The location is fantastic, the staff is very professional. The maintenance and cleaning crews keep everything beautiful, clean and working well. We have had a few maintenance requests which were very quickly resolved. And the maintenance techs, like Cesar, are very professional and do a great job.

Really love the staff here. Lots of effort all around from maintenance to the front desk. Everyone is responsive and helpful. Great community events between run club, pickleball, and holiday events like a gingerbread house competition. Richard, Nicole, and all the staff put in lots of effort to make this stuff happen and are very responsive to the community, always asking if we have new ideas. Overall just a great welcoming feel. Super glad I chose Eaves!
