I love the friendly staff and their coffee. There's hardly any wait time and the staff is pretty quick. I love that they keep track of your free coffees with your phone number rather than having to tote around a punch card. I also love that they ask if you would like to use your free coffee when you've earned it. I'm always greeted with a wonderful gracious smile.

Update: I’ve been coming to this location for years and the new additions to their team in the last year have been phenomenal! Everyone is so kind and helpful. I feel especially cared for by Jenna B. each and every time I come by PLUS she makes fantastic drinks and truly cares about the quality of product she makes! Update: This seems to be an isolated thing! Jaymi was very kind to comp my next drink with Wake Up Call! I appreciate y’all’s dedication to right any issue. Wake Up will continue to be one of my regular coffee shops! I usually have really great service here and the workers are very nice! However, I don’t think leaving an inch of space in latte is acceptable. I paid for a 16 ounce and only received about 14 ounces. I understand foam makes the cup seem fuller and it was very busy this morning, but please make sure your baristas are filling the cups! I don’t think it’s very fair for someone to pay for something only to receive an unfinished product.
