Brian (with an I) at the Mesquite Nevada location was absolutely amazing!!!! We have been to a lot of hotels and never have we had such AMAZING customer service ever. He should be employee of the year. If he is there during your stay you will have an amazing stay. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful and for letting us have such a fun time in the pool at night. Your kindness will always be remembered.

Awesome place when traveling with dogs! We hade room 142. At the end of the building. Dogs went in end door straight to the room. Door directly outside of our room with a waste basket just around the corner. The shower was on the small side but awesome other than that.

The staff was friendly. The exterior of the hotel makes it look really nice, but the rooms are pretty terrible. The carpets are so gross and stained. The bathroom had hair in the shower and the sides of the toilet were noticeably dirty. The creaking noise of people walking above you sounds like you are in a 100 year old house. The beds are comfortable but one of the best in our room was very creaky. We asked for another blanket and pillow. The maintenance guy was very friendly and helpful and took my husband all around the hotel looking for a blanket and pillow. He gave him a pillow but they could not find a pillow case anywhere 😂. It is for sure not as nice as some holiday inn expresses that we have stayed in before. I’m glad we are only passing through and staying one night!

The Holiday Inn Express in Mesquite was at one point our favorite place to stay in Mesquite. The common areas of this property are not up to par. It definitely is in need or better cleaning. On the plus side the room itself was cleaned adequately and the bed was comfortable, I do not understand why the Holiday Inn Express can not provide laundry bags anymore, It appears to be just cheap, attempting to save a a bit?
