The lady was super rude and was not explaining anything I needed help with. She also asked to give additional information but her handwriting was so terrible I can't read the email she wrote for me to send is these papers. Does ANYBODY have the email for this place? please help.

Usually I can requalify my QMB right in the office quickly. NOW, the office is too paranoid to open up when everything else is open. WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF BEING VACCINATED? I'M FULLY VACCINATED. I should be able to get the yearly renewal taken care of in person. I don't trust the mail. Things get lost then I'm stuck dealing with incompetence.

I understand why you stop taking calls around 3 p.m...but I do NOT understand why you would turn off your fax machine hours before COB. For those who cannot make it to your offices would like to know that the other avenues of communication is readily available. We sat here trying to fax over redetermination document's for 1.5 straight today (2.4.20) the time now is 3:30 p.m. Also, for the last past week I've been trying to get a live representative on the phone to help with a VRU number...a number in which I hadn't any knowledge existed until these last documents came out...and here I am needing to utilize the online database...Other than that the actual staff up front are always pleasant..the only thing I don't like is when ere employees call the 1-800 V.A. number themselves and verify THEY are the veteran caller..That's against regulations ...all you have to do is have the veteran dial up the number in front of you ..in order to verify funds. Fraud is fraud..once you hit #1 stating YOU ARE THE VETERAN....Thanks..

I had called this place right when my appointment was, and Simone this amazing lady answered. walked me through everything with ease. I couldn’t believe how easy she made it for me! She got me approved right away and I now get to have food for the month. because of that sweet angel if your reading this Simone thank you so much and god bless you and your family!
