Took my 1998 Sienna to Lithia for a timing belt and water pump because they actually quoted the lowest price for the work, this after checking with several other local shops both Toyota and independent. While in the shop they told me that I needed a valve cover gasket. I was not happy spending the extra money however, the mechanic and the staff took the time to explain this necessary work so I approved it. It took most of the day because of the tight working space in a van but it was all worth it. My van runs like a top and I am very confident in their workmanship. My much older Toyota was treated well and so was I. Highly recommend!

We drove 2 hours South to the dealership. We were pleasantly surprised to see the vehicle in better condition then shown on website. Our sales associate Luis was excellent. We arrived at 2:30 and were driving off the lot and headed home at 4:00. If you want a fair, honest price and excellent customer service Lithia Toyota along with Luis have our vote.

Will was amazing! He was super patient and helpful. When I wasn't completely happy with the first set of numbers, he went back and got a better deal for me. Chris in financing worked so hard to get me better numbers, showed me my options and explained things I didn't understand. Love buying vehicles here.
