Honest and affordable. We had a horrible grinding sound appear suddenly in our car. We dropped off the car at the Firestone nearby. We had moved to the area recently and hadn't had a chance to research our options. The next day, a Friday before a holiday weekend we were prepared to get bad news. Instead, we were called and told that after a test drive and putting the car up on the lift that the problem was a rock that had gotten trapped up in the wheel well. There was no damage to the car and nothing else was required, only a cabin air filter was suggested. We expected the worst, and frankly, many repair shops could have us convinced something major was wrong. Instead we were out the door and on our way for the (reasonable) price of the diagnostic fee.

Not bad, they do overpromise and underdeliver to some extent... I'm not sure if this is a company-wide issue but they are knowledgeable, honest and experienced. They got our car fixed and it drives good, it is clear they knew what they were doing, they were attentive to our needs and they go the extra mile.

If I could give this store a negative number I would .I’m a long time customer but the last 3 years the service has been TRASH and overpriced. With faulty products and BS customer service . They use to be pretty good but. Is they are TRASH. Last time doing business with this location.

My experience with this Firestone location has been Horrible so far and it's not over yet. 1. I called at 12:50 on 2-25-22 to set an appointment for Saturday for state inspection and tune up. Apparently they didn't document my call and when I arrived at 6:20pm to drop off my suv for Saturday work Robert told me he had no record of my vehicle in his system and they had 7 other diagnostic on the schedule but would fit me in. 2. Received a call on 2-26-22 at 12:05pm stating they needed to order parts (tie rod/rear issues) and wouldn't have them until and they would call me when suv was ready. 1900.00 bill 3. No one called me today 2-28-22. I called them at 6:10 and Tyreke told me my suv had NOT been worked on because the service technician from Saturday was off today???? I asked to speak to service manager and he said Ted was not there. I told Tyreke what a bad experience thus has been to him to have Ted called tomorrow morning. When I asked Tyreke to verify my name and number he said "I have a line of people in front of me" and hung up the phone! The reviews I read about this location was already bad, but this just confirmed it! I contacted NBC12 and got a quick response that they will call me back tomorrow. I would have had my vehicle towed away from Firestone tonight but they were closed when I got off from work. They didn't document my appointment, had my suv saturday-Monday, Didn't notify my car was not ready, hung up the phone on me! STAY TUNED FOR RESULTS TOMORROW 3-1-2
