Dirty, expensive. My daughter got the room. She complained at checkout and they didn't charge her. My son passed away and his sister from DC stayed here to be closer to the hospital.

Would not recommend anyone stay here. Booked a two night stay- first room smelled like cigarette smoke, I was kindly placed in another room which smelled clean. Slept the entire night and woke up noticing bed bugs in my bed. I quickly packed my things and went to report to the manager and let them know I would not be staying my second night. I was told I could not have the night I stayed refunded because I had already slept in the bed, and the second night could not be refunded until an exterminator confirmed bed bugs were there even though I had picture evidence of them in the bed. They did end up refunding me for the second night, but said they did not find any evidence of bed bugs upon exterminator examination. Don’t know how that is possible since I saw three before I left AND have picture evidence. Scary that they aren’t finding/treating for the bedbugs too, at least in my situation.

Positive: The staff are friendly and provide excellent check in and check out service. The rooms are okay. Negative: The rooms are okay. There are some cosmetic needs but does not detract from my stay needs. The last stay the tv did have sound.
