I do not live here (yet) but I’m thinking about moving so I looked at several other places and by far the people at their office I believe (Trentan and Kayla) were the nicest most welcoming individuals! They were quick to answer the phone and all my questions. I was very impressed with their genuine customer service.

This place had one of the worse maintenance calls I’ve ever dealt with, but I have no single complaint nor a review, till upon move out, My bill was marked up over $2,500 more than what it was suppose to be, there is no way I’m making a single payment when all that was left was trash nothing was broken, no walls damaged, just trash alone marked up $750, a grill that wasn’t mine clean up fee $250 and items that was broken before I even moved in marked as damaged left by us, my rent wasn’t pro-rated they took about $300 off when we stayed for less than half a month, this is outrageous. The office crew come in and clock in and do the bare minimum. Only worker that did actual work was a gentleman named Tyler after he left place went down hill, property manager let’s all the workers do whatever. Had a leak in my bathroom that took 7months to fix
