Went in on a Saturday Afternoon after getting off of work to get some flowers for my mother-in-law. Looked through the couple of flower arrangements they had and picked one rather quickly. I waited in line and when it was my time to pay I mentioned to the cashier that I may have picked up a flower arrangement that was missing a price tag. Instead of having me wait a minute or two for someone to bring her the tag she skipped me without telling me anything and started helping the next customer. Rather rude first experience at this location, definitely likely not to return in the future .

I love this store very much. Especially now with the renovations that have been made to the interior.

I was very caught of gaurd while at self checkout. An employee named Theresa "Karen" scolded me for nor wearing a mask in the store. The mask mandate for Contra Costa County has been lifted as of Nov 1st. Theresa came of very rude. I called corp to file a complaint. Then I was transfered to the store manager. The Store Manager also was not up to date on Contra Costa County mask mandate orders. Ive been going to this location without a mask on since November 1st with no problem. In fact, they took all of the "mask required" signes down. I called Corp back. Corp stated that it was not "store policy" to wear a mask in this location. I ask for a call back from the district manager. Corp stated that they did not know if they could do that. If you dont want to wear I mask, I highly recomend that you take your business elsewere. Safeway, nor any other business has hassled me for not wearing a mask as of Nov 1st.

9/8/2021 - Man walking around store with mask down to neck. Lucky's cashier got on the intercom and told all people to have masks on per State mandate. I was thrilled. Thank you Lucky, for doing your part to keep this virus from spreading.
