Hadn't been in about 4 years. Just as good as always. Wish it were a bit cheaper. Like the new addition of Mac n cheese, and the drink machine with 900 flavor options (kidding) absolutely happy, great service as well. We will definitely be back.

Employees need to pay closer attention when filling orders. Past 3 visits have resulted in something being left out or forgotten. Some of your employees also need to provide friendlier service. Too much attitude!! It's nice to have quick service but not just to hurry up and get rid of the customer.

Got our Deluxe Sub package. We we shorted, Oil & vinegar, as well as pickles. Very disappointed in Firehouse Subs. This was a Going Away Party. It is now a double check your order, even if 2 Firehouse Sub employees did.

My husband and I regularly order from here, it's been a huge pregnancy craving for me. However, there have been several times we've made it home and our sandwiches are made incorrectly. Like today, for example, my sandwich had cheese on it. I specifically requested no cheese when ordering online. It wouldn't be a big deal if cheese didn't make me sick. I ended up having to remove all the meat that had cheese stuck to it from my sandwich, which didn't leave much to actually eat. I have had quite a few good experiences here, and the food is delicious! I just wish that the workers preparing the subs would pay closer attention to the customizations.
