I’ve been going to Liz for eyelash extensions for almost 2 years (because once you start you’ll never want to stop)! She is super meticulous and very detailed! I highly recommend this place. The studio is very clean, everyone is very nice and professional, I love the quality of the lashes, and everyone always complaints me on my lashes and how beautiful they are! Liz is always very welcoming and checking on my needs. At the end of my appointment, I always schedule my next appointment because Liz's schedule fills up fast and I always appreciate that. I always leave there looking amazing! I go every two weeks for refills, which is the norm everywhere. I'm very happy with my experience at The Lash Studio!

My experience here began with no one greeting me when I arrived. The entire time I was there the techs talked amongst each other but didn’t say a word to a client. I was happy with the results of my lashes until a couple hours later I had a horrible infection in my eye and couldn’t have my contact in. I was leaving for vacation the next day and the woman who did my lashes suggested over the counter eye drops. I went to the doctor to be told my eye was infected and my cornea was scratched. No contacts for a week. I am legally blind and wearing my glasses on the beach/pool while I would normally wear contacts 24/7 was a huge nuisance. I decided to give them a second chance since this could’ve been a fluke, did not get a response back about rescheduling. Just received my doctor appt bill, $200 later, in addition to spending $200 on the lashes, not happy. They expressed no sympathy about my eye and my ruined vacation nor my medical bill. I’m really big on customer service and it plays a huge part on where and whom I spend my hard earned $$$. Was able to get an appointment with Liz initially w/o issue and was happy with my results… but trying to book the following appointment was horrible. I noticed she asked me b4 I left “ would I like to set another appointment”. Being it my first time, and not sure if it was something I wanted to set a date at that moment but would be in touch. I think that’s her gauge on how they will be dealing with you moving forward. If you say yes, higher probability you will have an easier more enjoyable experience with her. If the answer is No, or I’ll get back to you - the level of professional drops drastically. After multiple emails, text, and phone calls I received a random text that they received my inquiry for an appointment 😫…. We set it for the date and time of my choice but was asked a few moments later if my appointment could actually be 15 min before my original confirmed time. No prob, but after arriving on time there was someone still being serviced. I’m patient so I chilled for a bit but Liz acted like she didn’t even know why I was there and asked her other Techs if my appointment belonged to them… smh … my appointment felt rushed and one eyes lid lost almost all the lashes in a week.. once my appointment completed she over charged me 28 dollars to the service I requested. Almost a week n a half later one eye’s lashes dramatically fell while the other stayed in place. Never again

I have been getting my eyelashes done with Liz for almost 3 year's now she is amazing at what she does! I always look forward to my appt and her salon is so cute and clean I would definitely recommend her to anyone!
