Love this Gym, has a variety of classes you may participate in plus all the normal gym equipment and machines. People have been very nice, non judgemental and all employees are very nice as well. I have signed up through compel fitness which gives me a coach and a trainer once a month so it I'm able to see that all my work is paying off for losing weight and gaining muscle.

It's a decent place for the price. The hours are really limited, the equipment is kinda old, and the music is awful. So if you join get ready for it to be packed during peak hours because they close at 3 on weekends and make sure your airpods are charged.

Been going here for a few years now. Was okay, considering the many "weightlifters" who violate most of the rules without any intervention by staff, i.e., slamming weights, grunting/screaming, bags on the floor, monopolizing weights/machines, etc. Since reopening, those same mouth-breathers still don't use masks, even though there are signs everywhere saying, "No mask, no lift". Sent an email to Gold's about this with no response. There seems to be no enforcement of rules as long as you grunt loudly and use free weights a lot. So, overall, not the worse and not the best gym around.

You will find everything you need here and the attendance at the front desk are kind and helpful! At the writing of this the price of sign up is $9.95 a month which is a no-brainer if you're looking to workout!! You don't need a bank account only a credit or debit card, and I was able to use my cash app card. Everyone is respectful and cleans their machine after they're done using it. I definitely plan on staying with this gym.
