This place is nasty, I have had this apple bees more than 3 times since we moved back in 2020 and I keep coming back to see if they have improved but they haven’t…the blackened shrimp broccoli Alfredo tasted like dirt and before we got our food they brought us DIRTY UTENSILS!! In my opinion I feel like the appetizers and dessert are better than the actual food…and apparently they didn’t have pretzels because late shipment or something but I don’t know I feel like it was better in 2013-2015.

I took mine to go because I wasn't feeling well but I ate mine the next day for lunch the Alfredo with chicken and broccoli was really good. This was the riblets fiancée

Tried to place a takeout order via the website. It kept reverting back to the choose your restaurant page. Tried the same thing on the app; it said online ordering was not available. So I called the phone number, but it bounced the call without ringing and said “the call cannot be completed at this time.” At this point I thought I’d check to make sure the restaurant hadn’t burned down, so I drove over there. Restaurant was still standing, parking lot was full. I walked in and asked the hostess what was happening. She said they were so backed up that they turned off mobile ordering. Fine, makes sense. I asked why their phones weren’t working. She said she was told NOT TO ANSWER THE PHONE. In what business—particularly in the hospitality industry—do you turn off your phones so you don’t have to deal with customers? Answer the phone, tell me you have an hour wait, and let me decide if I want to order or not. She said I could go to the car side to go door and order there, but I’m not actually interested in waiting that long and would have appreciated GETTING THAT INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE.

It was utterly ridiculous. Our server was so rude, and he didn't even offer us drinks. He just said he'd bring our water from the back. Speaking of which, it's truly astounding how long their process of making water is. With the time they spent on it, I thought they'd be bringing us water from the fountain of youth or something, but it was just normal water, very disappointing. It was nice of them, however, to put on a show for us while we waited. The entire performance was our rude server belittling and arguing with another employee. They were such good actors that you couldn't even tell they were acting. It was also amazing how long the whole process took. We arrived as highschool seniors and left as elderly seniors.
