We contacted Shady Maple RV in September 2021 and ordered our Rockwood 8337RL. Ray was our salesman and he was outstanding. He kept us informed from the time we started the purchase process to we took possession of the RV. Bryan was also outstanding! He treated me and my wife like we have known him for years. He got us the best interest rate, even better than what we thought it could be. Our orientation was provided to us by Rich. Rich was courteous and took his time making sure we didn't move to a new area of the RV until he answered all of our questions completely. Jim completed the monumental task of installing our Propride hitch system. Jim actually read the installation instructions page by page making sure this complex hitch system was installed correctly. Shady Maple RV is in my opinion is the only place to purchase an RV! I should my wife and I traveled from Pittsburgh to purchase our RV.Shady Maple RV made the trip worth the miles we traveled.
