Definitely not a good place to work... They will not accommodate you if there's a holiday that you celebrate... the pay rate is horrible and they over work you... they only give Spanish people the lead positions... Africans the forklift positions... They make you pretty much work your life away just to accumulate vacation time... 40hrs= 1hr of vacation time... A lot of the leads think they can talk to you any way they want. Seems like they won't give black people any higher positions... I can just keep going. So many things are so wrong with this place. So DO NOT WORK HERE!!! OH and forget about having holidays off... they make you work on holidays. The only day that they close is new year's day smh... so forget about spending time with your love ones. 🤷🏽‍♀️

My experience working there,my advice is dont apply for a job there,ignorant people and people need to get a life post stuff that makes no sense.and dont explain anything to you ,not really a good place to work.unorganized and need to do drug testing and do away with the leads and radios.

I have worked there. The lady I talked to on the phone for and interview. She said I will get paid $18 dollars and hour. Come to find out she lied to me. I started out at $17 dollars an hour. And I was hired for the dock work and they put in a different duty. My advice to you is do not not work here. Plus there is no future there. They cut of the amount you can make and hour there. I hope this help you to decide to go work there.

This is where I work. Have very good Supervisors who care. This is the 1st Company I have WORK for that makes their employees take 2 30 min breaks during a 12 hr shift. Easy apply when they have open interviews thru there Company . They have Supervisors to help you fill out job App. Then under the tent you have 1st interview. If you pass that then you move inside for 2nd. Interview. Basically then your hired. After 90 days if working FT. URBN HEALTH INS KICKS IN. I LOVE COMING TO WORK
