Stone Hill started out great but quickly went down hill. We were not aware smoking is allowed inside the apartments and has always been allowed. If we knew, we would have looked elsewhere. As someone previously stated, they offer gift cards for five star reviews.

Reviews are paid for. Leasing office offers Amazon gift card for good reviews. Please do NOT waste your time or money moving here. From management to the leasing office to maintenance it is beyond unprofessional. The buildings has a gas leak and heating issues that they are not willing to fix. They slap on nice floors and some updated appliances to catch your eye and everything falls apart when you move in and they will tell you it’s nothing they can do to fix it. Fair warning, I lived there for only 1 month and had plumbing issues, a gas leak , heating problems and fixtures falling apart. Had to get a lawyer & break my lease early due to management being horrible and not fixing anything while I was 8 months pregnant, living conditions was not feasible. Rent is too high for this run down place. Don’t waste your money ! & when we moved out we noticed mouse droppings!

We moved in to the complex this summer, and I must say that it has been amazing living here the past few months. We have a newly renovated apartment and it's extremely spacious and modern with new appliances, carpet and flooring. Rachel has been an absolute delight to work with. Jerry, one of the maintenance workers is always quick to come and fix any issues your apartment may have. The dog park, business center, playground, pool, and gym are also some awesome added bonuses to living in this complex. Highly recommend living here if you're looking for a home in the Delaware county area.

Rachel is beyond amazing! I moved into a one bed apt and after a few months went back and forth deciding if I wanted a two bedroom instead. Rachel was more than happy to accommodate my wishes! It is quiet and I feel safe. I love that they accept animals!! Parking can be a little difficult just because there isn’t designated spots but besides that I really have no complaints. They also offer a great online portal so you can easily pay rent. If I ever have any problems with anything I know I can email Rachel and she will get back to me. That is definitely comforting to know.
