Good service, good food. Edit: they put chicken pieces in my vegetarian bowl!!!! It seems to have sneaked in. Super annoying and couldnt even finish it.

i ordered 4 bowls for my entire family online and requested extra rice and cheese on all 4 of them. the bowls came light as a feather and the rice didn’t even cover the bottom of the bowls. i’ve been getting chipotle at least 1x a week for the past few years and always get terrible service when ordering online and this was definitely the worst

What an unacceptable experience!! Under the best of non pandemic circumstances this would be pathetic. Considering a still raging pandemic it's simply unacceptable. There was trash and food on every surface, from the floor to the tables to the self service counter to the food counter. If the front of the house is this bad, I can't imagine how bad the kitchen is! I attempted to contact corporate but they never bothered to get back to me other than an automated response.

Decent value when you want a giant burrito or filling salad. They don't skimp on the ingredients. All the ingredients are always fresh. Satisfies that urge when you crave something south-of-the-border.
