Don't waste your time with this place. Called at 11am bc I had a flat - they told me they're catching up and to come by at 1:30. I show up - they're too busy and the guy at the counter didn't even acknowledge I was standing there. This has happened to me at another Mavis location as well - they've gone down hill.

The service was great! I had a problem after taking my car to another place and they went above and beyond to help fix it. Gary and Paul were so helpful at explaining things and made it a pleasant experience.

Needed to get a tire replaced after I got a bubble in the sidewall. The guys at Mavis were super nice and made time to see me as soon as I called. Service was done quickly and with a smile. Highly recommend.

Went to get a new tire and they came back telling me my gas lines were leaking and quoted me over $1,000 to repair, and even tried to scare me by telling me my car is too dangerous to drive home. I've been there multiple times and they always try to pull some weird stuff like that (but this was the most outlandish), so I took it to another shop and he said they were full of it, my brakes were fine. It's been 6 months since that happened and my brakes are still working great. Literally every time i took it there my car came back with more problems. I will never ever ever go there again, unless I'm in the mood to light money on fire.
