I moved in just this past summer and the Phoenix View Staff are great!!! Even my neighbors around my apartment are very friendly and most of us have dogs. We say “Good Morning!” And “How are you?” I have never experienced such friendliness with my neighbors and the Staff, especially our Office Manager, Sally and Maintenance, Mike. They even check to make sure everything is working and if not they immediately take care of it and where I use to live would take their time or not fix it at all! I love it here and I have already recommended my family and friends about Phoenix View. I never had the luxury of living close to almost everything I need to go as I have with Phoenix View Apartments and Phoenixville, PA is beautiful with lakes and mountains.... I feel very Blessed and so thankful to be here! Thank you Phoenix View Staff and wonderful neighbors!!

Let me just start with I have never felt more upset leaving an apartment complex community. As this was my 4th move in two years the Phoenixview Apartments was by far the most comfortable and home felt place I could’ve imagined. The pricing was affordable, my apartment had everything for myself and dog. Neighbors are all welcoming, kind and the location is perfect as you are right by everything you need including downtown Phoenixville. Colleen was the leasing agent when I moved in and she was incredibly helpful. Sally is great, she truly shows care for all of the residents and always had prompt information/responses. Mike with maintenance was always around when I had questions or needed something as he’s a busy man always looking out for residents! My dog also looked forward to seeing Mike daily as this community is very dog friendly! The staff here always very friendly and helpful! I will miss my cozy one bedroom in this awesome town, with wonderful staff. More apartment homes need to model themselves after Phoenixview!

My wife and I moved into Phoenix View Apartments around 7 months ago. The entire process of moving was made very smooth by the property manager working with us. She was in constant communication and was always very quick to answer any and all of my questions during the process. If you are concerned with the parking, I can assure you that we have never had trouble finding a spot in the designated areas. We couldn't be more happy with our apartment, and it is very apparent that the owners of the property care about the residents and their needs.

We’ve lived here for about 7 months, moving in just after renovations. We analyzed all the available options in KOP/Collegeville/Phoenixville using graphs and scientific scrutiny before selecting this complex. So…let me tell you. For best quality for a reasonable price - this is it, bar none! BAR NONE!! The apartments are very modern with fantastic, new appliances and unit-inclusive washer/dryer. A roomy storage closet is also provided. We love that our apartment is within walking distance to bridge street with all the bars and restaurants. The care for the grounds is great, always clean and groomed. The maintenance team is prompt, helpful, and friendly. A giant kudos to the apartment supervisor, Heather, who always goes above and beyond, is extremely nice, and is super understanding. She also responds lighting fast to our e-mails and negotiates with us on any concerns we might have. She’s the absolute best. The parking is a little tight sometimes, but we have two cars and have never had a problem finding a spot… We did have to pay a one-time fee for our two cats. Most apartments do this… however this does not make it right. I encourage the landlords to adjust the policy so that it is a deposit, rather than a fee. This is a fairer alternative. Especially for cats, they don’t make noise and they are innately potty trained. Our cats have done no damage to the apartment. In fact, they are the indisputably adorable stars of our balcony and are frequently doted upon by residents and visitors! I can only see the cat fee as a bit greedy, which is entirely uncharacteristic for Phoenix View given everything else. That said, I implore management to publicly flex its sensibility and openness by making changes in this regard in response to this review! Other than, that this place is bomb in every way and we love living here. Highly recommend!!!
