My daughter went into the store for a couple items and nobody was at the register, she kept ringing the service bell while six other customers lined up behind her, the only person working there was outside visiting with people while smoking a cigarette, never bothered to apologize for making her wait.

The St.johnsbury vt family dollar is so dirty. Product every where. Needs a good cleaning. And most importantly the staff needs to be wearing face mask if your working with the public you are to be wearing face mask. Please make them put one on their face as is mandated

The sign says open 8:00am. I'm here at 8:26am and the place is locked up. When I've been in here before I've found the staff rude and/or not present, with long waits at the register. Their prices are cheap, but they aren't the only discount store around.
