Does not answer phone after repeated calls and got my order wrong on the first time I ever visited. Life is all about first impressions. Now my food is cold and I am on my way to ask for it all to be made over as it was to enjoy with my bagel. See ya soon! Service was impeccable however and they have rectified the problem with a free gift. You now have my return business. Still doesn’t answer the phone though and I hate that!

Food is great, but the website is non helpful because the email doesn’t work, and calling them is like calling a 90s radio station… you cannot get through. Yea food is good, but they need to figure out logistics of a business because it really put me off.

One of the best bagels I've had in a very long time! They make them in-house and their rye bagel with crab cream cheese may have changed my life.

Absolutely amazing. I travel by this area all the time and never realized this gem was here. Extremely friendly staff, incredible sweets to choose from, and yes, bagels, bagels, bagels. A must-see for anyone who likes an authentic deli. Love, love!
