Needed a battery replacement, they were able to get it in a few days(older phone) and I am looking forward conducting business with them in the future, if necessary.

I would NOT give this business any stars, especially Matt. He had such terrible customer service manners. I dropped off my laptop on Tuesday, he told me he will diagnose why it is not working and email me the same day. I paid the $60 assessment fee, and he mentioned that fee will go towards repair and purchase. Three days later, I still did not hear from him, so I went in person. Laptop was there not touched. He said come back in few minutes. 15 minutes later, he left me a message to come to the store. When I walked in, he said :you are here for pick up". I said you did not tell me anything about pick up, what is the problem. He said it is the mother board is not working, will cost a lot to fix which is not worth it. He suggested getting another laptop and he will transfer data to new laptop or a memory device, for $99. They do sell this memory device for $80 and he mentioned that the deposit will go towards the purchase. I agreed to buy this memory device with the deposit and have my son transfer the data. Then later, he said your balance is $120, I questioned that, he said the deposit does not go towards purchase and I replied "you just said that" and kept arguing with me. Then he admitted that he misspoke and insisted on not letting me get the memory device. I asked for a Manager, he said there is none. He had such an attitude, because he knew he was wrong. I DO NOT recommend this business to anyone.

Cell Tech and Joe who works here is a life saver!! I dropped my dell laptop and geeksquad said it would not be able to be fixed. I was ready to spend $800 on a new laptop. Thank God I called up Celltech and they fixed everything for only $150 in under 2 hours!! Thank you to JOE who was so friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. I am beyond grateful I found this place.

Cracked the screen on my galaxy phone two weeks after I purchased it. Since I didn't get the optional insurance protection, I was on my own. Geek squad couldn't help me because they mainly handle Apple products. Called a guy in Englishtown and he wanted almost as much as a new phone costs. CellTech took care of it for a reasonable price and fixed it in an hour when the part came in. I highly recommend these guys. Matt is amazing.
