I had Palmers Oil come to my home today to put in a new Boiler. I am so impressed with their work. They showed up everyday as they said at 8 am. The guys that did the work were all awesome. I only know one of the guys names which was Ryan. He and the other 2 men were very personable and friendly and best of all they cleaned as they went. They also installed a mini split a few years ago and they did phenomenal work then as well. Very happy with all of my dealings with Palmer oil.

We recently had Palmer Gas here to tee into our existing gas line and run pipe to our new gas oven. The technician, Josh, was on time, courteous and professional. He was also very knowledgeable when answering all my questions. I am also happy with the level of customer service I've received each time I called and emailed to get information and set up my appointment. I highly recommend Palmer Gas to anyone.

Today Josh and Peter delivered my new 120# storage tank and also installed a new gas line for my new kitchen renovation project to begin this month. what a great team of professional workmanship. Both of them did a great install, worked together as a team and finished the install in a timely manner. another thing I would like to mention is they explained everything that they were doing and made sure that I was happy with their job they completed, and yes, I am extremely happy and thankful for Palmer Gas for again another reason why I choose Palmer Gas. We have been using Palmer for over four years for our oil/heating needs and are very happy with them. They always inform us by email a few days before when they will be coming to make an oil delivery so we can ensure the pathway is cleared for them. They provide a discount for paying within 10 days of delivery, which is a nice incentive. And their customer service is excellent - every time you call you talk to a courteous human and not an automated menu. Palmer also provides the service to our heating system and their technicians are always friendly, competent and professional. David M. was most recently at our house doing work and was very kind and respectful of our space. Matt is another great tech. We have had only good experiences - highly recommend to others.
