We enjoyed our stay here. My family stayed in the 2 queen suite with pullout couch. The beds were comfortable. Shower pressure was strong. The breakfast was okay. They had a variety to choose from each morning. There was always coffee in the lobby as well. We stayed here to visit NYC, which was about 30 min with traffic to the Staten Island ferry. Which I highly recommend. My youngest daughter enjoyed the pool as well. Water temps were comfortable… the hot tub could have been a little warmer. To access the pool and fitness area you need to have the front desk personnel key you in, which u thought was weird. They do not provide bedding for the pullout couch so u need to call down for that but they are prompt once called. The road it’s on is quite busy but I honestly didn’t hear any traffic until late morning. I would stay here again.

Very polite, warm,welcoming staff right from the front desk to the housekeeping, night and day crew. Clean, comfortable rooms. Wish they did not take away lotions from the bathroom amenities. Suggest they offer complementary single use ear buds to cover the noise from surrounding rooms.

The first room we were in the tv didn't work so they moved us to another room where there was no hot water for the shower. The pool and hot tub was the worse part. The chlorine was awful. We didn't last much more than 15mins. Our eyes were burning, you couldn't hardly breathe, we were coughing, had to open the door for some air, it was excessive chlorine. The parking lot sucks. I will never stay here again.

Small lot for parking, seems like anyone can just walk in and wander the hotel...worst part was the pool. The entire lobby smells of chlorine and its worse going into pool area. We lasted 10 min..my eyes were red and watering, I had to close my eyes to try to relieve the burning. Everyone was coughing. My kids got back to the room and threw up. I'd say that's excessive chlorine. Went to the front desk and all that was said was 'oh no one else has mentioned it, I'll check 🤦‍♀️. Oh and booked for one price but got here for them to say it's $30 more. Thankfully only staying 1 night. Will never come back.
