Went there on Monday 7/18 at approximately 115 pm dark inside knocked on window no one there I was ordering for a group of 23 kids and there were 3 other people that walked away....won't be going back went to Magliones Italian Ice. instead.

Staff there was super friendly. Lines were not long at all. The only thing that would bother someone would be how there is no parking in the front. It's easy to pass of your not from the area. It's on and facing a busy street and it's on a corner. So if you have little ones you really need to be careful. There is a parking lot in the back but you have to turn on the street that is left of the store and then make a right into the parking lot. It is a very small parking lot. There also is, maybe only 1 or 2 tables outside where you can sit.

Rita's Rita's Rita's, I wish they were open all year round. I go for the ice, not the custard. I love the different flavor ice they come up with every week.

Rita's was one of my families favorite places for the past couple of years, until recently. I felt the whole service and vibe was off. And the custard tasted different this year. I was really disappointed in everything.
