The crew of two arrived on time, were professional throughout, answered all questions to our satisfaction, worked hard, left all areas clean, and finished in the estimated time. So I have this far kept my experience professional and messaged the company twice offline, without response. So now it's public. We will NEVER again use Armstrong, nor recommend them to anyone. Our experience was awful. They showed up an hour late, and I only knew about it because I called to find out where they were. They never actually reached out to us. Unfortunately, this also meant that my husband missed an important family event to be here while these people cleaned the ducts. The techs that came left the house an absolute disaster. They wore their shoes all through the house, tracking mud and slush all over our hardwood floors, and there was dirt and dust EVERYWHERE. All our counters, floors, shelving, furniture, everything. It took me 2 hours to clean the whole first floor when I came home. One of the techs also thought it would be a good idea to smoke a cigarette immediately outside of our front door, and the whole house reeked of cigarette smoke hours later. I had to open all our windows in the middle of winter to get it out. The pictures they claim to take to prove what a good job they did are a joke. I got four pictures, two before, two after. One of the before pictures was just a picture of our furnace that we had installed last year. Thanks for proving we have a furnace, I guess? There was one single before and after picture of our ducts and both of them look the same. They never offered to wear masks either. Thus far I've reached out twice, and no one's responded. So now it's public. I'd definitely recommend looking elsewhere.
