Couldn't be more thrilled with my experience at this office, Was able to make an appointment very quickly, and got in to see doctor fast. When I was there, intake was fast and efficient, the providers gave me a very competent, thorough exam, prescribed medicine and made an OTC pain management recommendation, gave me the name of a specialist to see about my condition and provided that specialist with a note for the file. Tina, Samantha, and Mike made everything calm and seamless. So thrilled with the service here.

Best experience I've had at an urgent care facility! A lot of fresh faces in office, Tina helped checked me in corrected my forms and even gave me a laugh. Mike was awesome and very patient with me during my assessment and X-ray! Best of all doctor Soliman actually listened to my concerns and treated me accordingly. No complaints from me! :)

Today was my first visit to this urgent care, first time in over a year really going to any medical establishment because I’m not a fan. Tina, Natalie, and Zach were extremely welcoming upon arrival. After filling out paperwork and finding out why I was coming in they came from around the counter almost instantly to talk to me and take a look. Within minutes I was in a room and immediately taken care of with vitals checks. Dr. came in right after and than I was diagnosed and out to pickup prescriptions. Just want to thank them all again as this has not been the norm whenever I’ve gone into a medical office before. Since my regular dr passed away the places I’ve gone made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by coming in, or they didn’t enjoy their job, or waits to be seen were extremely long. I actually enjoyed my visit with them today and definitely recommend them to anyone who just wants to go to a place that has nice people who enjoy their job and care for their patients coming in, even the first time ones.

Excellent service when your doctor isn’t available after hours. I was given my flu shot this past season, it was nice and easy thanks to a great staff (Tina, Christina, Mariah and Dr. Graham). I will let my primary know how satisfied I am! Thanks again IMA Port Monmouth!
