Pastrami Sandwich was delicious….chicken noodle soup was not good! There was no chicken in the soup- just noodles and broth - and the broth had a funky taste to it . I took 2 sips and threw it out- would go back again for the sandwiches though!

My first in-person kosher deli experience and it was most positive! The staff are incredible. Great food, I bought many choices as a newbie. My favs, Brisket Knish, Sweet Noodle Kugel, Chicken Egg Roll. Very happy with Dr. Brown's diet cream soda. I'll be back to try a sandwich.

The deli is under the supervision of Rabbi Ira Rothstein of Temple Beth Shalom in Manalapan.
We follow all CDC and Board of Health requirements, seat in the restaurant at social distances at 25% maximum capacity and provide hand sanitizing stations in multiple locations.
They are a Jewish deli, they celebrate the Sabbath fFiday.
Yes! My uncles open the original store on Ralph Avenue between Foster ave and Farragut road across from the Glenwood projects in 1961 and it was there until they moved to New Jersey in 1981 to open the current store in Freehold. Although it’s almost 40 years later the amazing thing is that someone mentions or brings up that store every day!
Our food is under conservative kosher supervision, but we are not “Kosher for Passover.” We do prepare a full menu of Passover items but if you observe Passover strictly and change your house over then our food would not be for you this holiday. Below is a link to our website menus, we are explicit about being kosher but not for Passover. hhttp://fredandmurrysdeli.com/mobile/holiday.htmloliday. In observance of the holiday we will be closing on 4/19 at 3pm and will reopen on Sunday 4/28 at 9am. Have a happy and healthy holiday!
They have stuffed cabbage. It's really good.
Hi, this is Dan from Fred and Murry’s. We are open regular hours tomorrow (Thursday, March 29th) and Friday March 30th from 8am-3pm. We are closed for the entirety of Passover and will reopen on Sunday, April 8th at 9am.
I spoke to them, they don't have one solely for Shabbat, but they do have a per person chicken dinner, brisket dinner or combo that works/is appropriate. You can order as late as Friday morning. I took a photo of the options and added it. (The title is chicken dinner), you can see it under their listing in the photos section or if you click on my photo, in my photos section.
