Chooses to stay closed while other banks are open. Sat in line today for 30 minutes to deposit checks. Made us late for a business appointment. Seriously considering closing all accounts with pnc.

Shame that PNC closes at 5 Fridays now...no evening hours at all. And i miss the Sunday hours at Southmont.

Was assisted by Beth today, and she was extremely helpful and informative. I had to do a number of things, including closing a business account + credit card, opening a new card, etc. I've been banking with PNC for almost 20 years, this location for almost 10, and have never had a bad experience with them.
