Great experience buying my first helmet, Chris was super helpful and didn’t push any product on me that i didn’t want and kept me in my budget range. Would definitely come back again for more apparel.

Writing this review after being prompted by your classic bot mail requests to write a review. I quit going to cycle gear in Redding after being told I wasn't allowed without a mask(Employed apologized, and explained it was corporate and not his choice). It wasnt to big of a loss as most of the gear is off brand cheap stuff. I would mainly buy tires there, but it's not like they were a great deal. I'll continue to support the local non franchise shops that know me by name, are happy to step outside the box and rely on my business as much as I rely on them. I gave it two stars, because I have nothing against the employees and they are open some days when other shops arent. The corporate feel says the priority is making money rather than truly being part of the motorcycle community.

Went into my local cycle gear, looking to purchase my first motorcycle helmet. I had a specific helmet in mind, and good thing I knew what I wanted, because the employees were not much help, granted this particular store is fairly new so I'll give them a break. But I was able to order the helmet I'd had in mind. This was yesterday. Helmet has already shipped and scheduled to be delivered today. Nice clean store. Also bought a pair of gloves. If the shipping wasn't so quick, I'd probably give 2 stars.

Always a great experience when my family and visit Cycle gear, Tyler is a great guy and helps whenever possible. He had answers to all of my questions and made it easy to find the things I was looking for. Id give this place 10 stars if I could! I highly recommend this place!

Yes they have all standard sizes, most 85's are 19 front, 16 rear which I know they have.
They can usually find what you need if they dont already have it. Make sure to bring all info and parts numbers if possible. Makes ordering parts much easier
Yes, Riders Plus Membership has a yearly membership with discounts, rewards and other perks. Any employee at the store can fill you in and sign you up.
Call your local Cycle Gear store. Or head to the website and click "Stores" at the top. Search for your store and click "Set as My Store" button. When you look at a product's page you can see if it is available at your local store.
Check out the careers page on the website. If you go into the store they'll probably tell you the same thing so you can apply right on the online site.
Yup, they’ll accept returns for online orders as long as you are returning the items within 90 days of receipt and it's in new unused condition with all the original tags and packaging. Make sure you have your order number on hand.
Cash and all the major credit cards are accepted at stores. You may also be eligible for financing through Sunbit.
Yup, someone working there should be able to help you find a helmet that fits well.
I would call into the team but this doesn't sound like something they would normally carry. You might be better off doing a search on it.
Highly likely that they will have a replacement lever to meet your needs. Best bet is to roll through and ask one of the helpful employees.
Have you called cycle gear?
