They were polite enough but I went to Firestone to have a flat fixed (I bought the tires originally from Firestone) and they told me the tire couldn't be fixed and I needed to buy a new one. I had them put my spare tire on because I did not have the money for new tires. Upon taking the tire to another car repair shop I was told the tire could be repaired but that Firestone wanted me to buy tires since mine were worn. What a terrible thing to do. Why didn't Firestone repair the tire but explain that I needed new tires instead of putting on a spare that's a different size than the other 3 tires? Very bad business to lie to a customer!!

When someone calls to make a appointment for 8am, verifies make, model and size of the tire needed when making the appointment....thats the time to ell someone that they can't order the tire till 11am. Don't make a appointment you can't fulfill. And the attitude from the guy at the counter was unapologetic and rude. Last time I service any of my vehicles here!

I checked in at 7am for a wheel alignment. I told them I was waiting. At 9.40 my car hadn't been pulled in. I went to speak to the manager and he was very nasty. As I'm sharing my frustration all he had to say is do you want the alignment or not.in my earlier days I would have snatched him up. I have a lifetime alignment package. I would never return to this location nor recommend anyone. The manager has the worst customer service if I was WHITE he would have never treated me like that. So if you are a person of color don't allow yourself to be treated like this.

I went in to get my car serviced the other day. The person who helped me was Louis. He first gave me an attitude about me coming in to get my flat tire fixed. I didn't mind waiting because they seemed busy. I didn't like his attitude towards me. The person who worked on my was named Liana. She was very sweet and did everything fast and took care of my car. The manager then proceed to yell at her and was very rude to her. I am a 50 year old man and no one should talk to any women like that or anyone. I do not recommend this store to anyone. They are rude to there customers and staff.
