The lady who runs this place is very disrespectful. She needs to learn how to communicate without yelling or talking down to people. I use the laundrymart occasionally to wash comforters. She decided to yell at me and slammed a handful of coins down on a table for me when the machine I was using stopped working (The coin part was full, and I had put about $3.75 in prior). I just gathered my stuff and went to another laundrymart. Although Laundry Basket is convenient, I prefer to drive an extra 10 minutes and use an establishment with kinder employees/owner. I very much dislike rude people, and there are always options.

Overpriced machines, half of them are reserved for service, the dryers don’t work, used 5 quarters and decided to just take my stuff home because everything was still wet. Also it was impossible to even find a dryer to use, most of the washers and dryers had clothes just sitting in them. Never coming back.

For the prices, this place is a rip off. Minimal water, barely cleans your stuff. Half the machines don’t work, or are labeled as “service” bc they take too much service laundry and need more machines to get it done. The outside area is always a mess with scattered garbage. 0 stars if I could.

I came last weekend for their drop off service and the lady there was super sweet and nice. She did an outstanding job and allowed me to pick it up the following morning. Thank you for your service🙏 I will definitely be coming back every week!
