first time and unfortunately for the price and the work the i received was not good. tires weren't shine, spots around the car and the inside was still dirty.

I’ve been using Exp. 55 for years but have grown tired of their lack of quality over time. Usually they’d do stuff like missing spots on the car to wash, leaving the interior dirty or not vacuuming or even throwing out the garbage inside. Nothing crazy for me to leave a bad review online. One time I told a worker about 5 times to clean a certain spot and each time he did a lousy job, in which I ended up asking him for a rag instead and doing it myself which took me 5 seconds. I did the mistake of taking it here another time and found a HUGE scratch on my hood. I wouldn’t have cared if it was a small scratch or anything, but this went about 10 inches across my hood and not even a professional detailer was able to remove it. It’s a shame with this company really.

So they have never been the best i come here mostly for convenience however this is by far the worst they have ever left my truck i asked them if they could remove the hair that was in the back of my truck from My dog they said sure however once they were done with the vacuum and wash there was no change all the hair was still there i brought it up to one of the employees however they informed me the hairs we "unable to be removed without a professional detain" however when i got home I was able to remove them with my 15$ mini vacuum from Aldi, yet there professional high power vacuum couldn't handle the job. Not to mention the dirty floor and disgusting rear windshield. Needless to say the convenience isn't worth it and will no longer be returning.

I was there this afternoon and I just wanted a quick exterior wash, once my car was done being towel dried and I just looked around the car i noticed one of the workers just look at my back right tire and I was a little curious so I took a look afterwards and i just see 2 chucks out my tire. I was pretty frustrated however I see other cars coming off the track so I decided to just move the car so atleast I dont cause a back up for the workers and decided to just call, I called and was told to wait for a call back from the owner once he saw the video. Long story short the owner called me back and insisted that it was there before. It wasn’t, and stated the camera showed nothing. I did inspect the car before hand and I think I would remember seeing a huge chuck just dangling off. I expressed my thought what would would’ve happen however owner just kept telling it didint happen that and it’s impossible due to the rollers being plastic. The rollers are under the tire not the side wall of the tire. Ive been to this carwash a few times before but I don’t think ill be coming back.
