I recently bough flats and the strap of one of my shoes came off , I decided to take it to Crestwood shoe repair .Not only did he clean up my suede flats they fit and look better than before . Highly recommend this place .

I bring my shoes, sandals, and boots here. Haven’t had an issue. Reasonable pricing and sets expectations of what’s possible and what isn’t. I’m surprised to have read reviews on bad customer service, which is why I’m writing my experience. All times I was here, the owner was super nice and attentive, see him if you felt like others haven’t given you the level of service you wanted. I’m a few train stops from shoe repair store and was apprehensive in coming into a store I was unfamiliar with, but so glad I found this shop!!

I've brought two pairs of shoes there (both high quality, well made items) and both times the shoes were worse off when returned then when I dropped them off. Once, instead of following the request and repairing an item he replaced it with lesser materials. (and not because it was worn out or irreparable, but because he simply didn't listen) The other time on a different pair of shoes, in order to repair the issue requested, he irreparably damaged another part of the shoes. ---- I will never go there again. ---- Filthy establishment, his merchandise hasn't been cleaned in years. No automated ticketing lookup - if you lose your paper ticket you will search through numerous identical paper bags looking for your items. ---- On the positive side: He's very inexpensive and very convenient to Crestwood Station Plaza ---- Bottom line: If you want something simple like a shine or heels then you might be OK here, otherwise I can not recommend them.

Excellent, quick service. Dropped my shoes off for one new heel and they replaced both so they look nice together. They were ready for pick up the next day. $10 charge, good pricing for good quality work.
