V Brightside
Plentiful gluten free and vegan options, they have a whole separate menu. The gluten free was the “healthy” kind but the dough was pretty tasty and alternative in a good way. The entire place is decorated with sci-fi paraphernalia and they have a life-size sculpture or Picard as the Borg in the front entrance.

Absolutely amazing food and cocktails. This place has a great atmosphere, friendly bartenders and fun sci-fi themed drinks and decor. My partner and I tried a variety of cocktails while here and were not disappointed by any of them. Definitely stop by here if you're in Salem and craving some fire pizza and drinks.

It’s very appropriate for Sailor Moon to be represented in Salem; after all she is a magical girl. Flying Saucer Pizza Company has tasty popular anime & scifi themed food and drinks! Excellent decor and artwork! Exactly what I was looking to find! Check out their clean, cute bathrooms! I loved all the Nintendo, Star Trek, Star Wars, Digimon, Sailor Moon references!

There restaurant is very nice and such a cute outdoor setup and the staff are super friendly. I had the the salad with breaded cooked chicken cut up on top it was delicious and my friends got pizza and they loved it.

Hey Diana, i am the kitchen manager at Flying Saucer and i can confirm that our normal and new gluten free doughs do not contain soy flour. Hope to see you soon to try it out :)
Hi Michelle! Unfortunately, our gluten-free dough contains eggs so it is not vegan! Hopefully in the near future we will be able to answer this question with a confident YES!
I was confident in them last time I ate there (the Tuesday before Thanksgiving). Much of the inside seating was closed to spread customers out. All staff were wearing masks and sanitizing between guests
They do have gluten free pizza and its delicious! They have vegitarian and vegan pizzas as well. Their pesto is basil and walnut based though, so the facility is technically not nut free however, like most restaurants if you let them know of an allergy they have to take precautions when preparing your food.
