Cannot get a hold of a single person to make a complaint about fraud in a low income housing project as these very low income people are being defrauded then on top of it abused and intimidated by the site managers so the tenants seem to be too scared to say anything.. I've been calling all day and just getting ringing and all voicemail boxes five separate ones to be exact all happen to be full!! They do this on purpose so ppl can't complain, it should. Be criminal to not be allowed to file a. Complaint or all mailboxes to be full when the neediest people in our community are being taken advantage of

No they do not, unless it is an emergency, u need to agree to a time and they have to give you in writing the day and time they are coming more than 24 hours in advance.
