Went there to watch a softball game. Beautiful park, well lit at night. There is a path around the field so I walked and watched the game.

Amazing view , park has benches around to relax and admire the view of the bay specially at sunset or anytime of the day is an excellent relaxing moment here. How to get here is easy , Exit 36 on LIE route 101 make a left on Main Street and drive all the way Dow to make a Right on shore Rd . The park is at the left side and has its own parking lot. Also you can go all the way down to park on town dock , end of Main Street , Port Washington NY 11050

Bay Walk is really just a nice place to be on many levgvels. It's a lovely waterside area that was very beautifully and tastefully "renovated" a few years ago. There are plenty of places to sit comfortably and enjoy the view or you can walk around the area and enjoy the gazebo on the water, the sea glass art pieces, lovely landscaping and so much more. There aren't many parking spots right in Bay Walk but ample all around the area. This place is always immaculately clean and at times peacefully quiet. Even when the park is a little on the busy side everyone is very and friendly and never crowded. I love the view here all year long. Beautiful sunrises, sunsets, water views , star gazing , moon watching etc. It's just an all-around pleasant place to relax and enjoy.

Great Kayak Launch location, water are very calm, not much of boat traffic. Free parking but space are limited, the parking is share with the small park fewer than 10 parking spots. Get there before 9am on the weekend. otherwise you have to load the kayak and go find parking outside. Short walk to launch area. Newly build dock with two kayak launch assistant spots. Freshwater hose to clean your boat. very clean and nice location.
