I hate going to this place because they are never open on time or close early. Today I was desperate enough to fill my tires. They raised the price 50c to $2 for the machine. I insert my quarters and try to fill a tire. Not only did the pump not work, it let all the air out of my tire and then shut off. I went in to inform the fat fro guy that the pump is down, and he acknowledged YES. (If its down and you know it, why not put a sign on it, [money grab]) I asked for my $2 in quarters back. He said they don't have control over the machines and I have to call the number to get my quarters back. So I had to leave with a now flat tire. I drove down to Patriot Petrol, bought gas for 37c cheaper and filled my tires up for free, and they even washed my back window. Anyone reading this go Patriot for now on, they know how to treat you like a human being.

Been coming here since they were the wonderful Hess. The speediest way is to never come here at all. They are supposedly open every day at 6am but I've come here several times for years between 6:15-6:45AM and the cashier refuses to approve the pump which puts a $70 hold on your card when you're forced to cancel. After last Saturday, Never Again!

Horrible, card was accepted but nothing happened at the pump after Machine reset to $0.00 and 0.00gal. I then pressed 87,89, and 93 but still nothing happened. I was visibly annoyed, then employee proceeded to terrorize me instead of assist me and told me the card was operator error and that I owed $12,000 if I broke the machine (yet I saw two other pumps out of service). I then said to his face: watch me go to the Gas station down the street and actually get gas. When I did, I used the the same card with the same credentials and surprise I was able to get gas.
