This is the only Panera I've been to with a conference room! The room was closed to the public today while someone was working inside. They have kiosks, but if you have a drink membership you still need to go to the register since there are no cups by the kiosk. It was very busy, probably the busiest one I've been to.

I had a terrible experience today. It was my first time and will be my last time I go there. I ordered two sandwiches using their kiosk. The first chicken sandwich, I decided to customize and add avocado, tomato and onions. Those ingredients were placed on the side! I had to put it to together myself! Not to mention the avocado was not even sliced. It was just a large chunk. What's the point of customizing a sandwich if you have to put it together yourself. The second sandwich was a chicken salad. It had so little chicken in it. Also, it didn't taste like much. The manager was rude and I had to wait a long time to get the food. It wasn't even busy. Go elsewhere, not worth the aggregation!

Had to wait more than 30 minutes for a empty cup for large ice coffee. DO NOT PLACE AN RAPID PICK UP ORDER. Your probably better off just ordering in the store. They just swipe complete for orders and forget about it multiple people waiting very long for orders

50% of time they will miss the order especially during lunch hours. I always order ahead but very often my orders would be gone/missed mysteriously until I talked to the staffs. Last time I ordered in the store on purpose and saw my name showed up on the screen "Done" and then disappeared on the screen. But my order wasn't there even I waited 5 more minutes! Again I had to talk to the staff for them to find it from the back. Tonight I ordered delivery and the order just never come. Probably won't go back to this store again for some time until they improve.
