Awful, done even bother. They’re slow understaffed, have many health violations and just generally don’t have good service. I had ordered online went to pick up (the food was supposed to be ready), it was not. So then I had to wait for 23 mins at the counter and asked the representative four times if the food is ready and on the third time they finally started preparing it. Absolutely crazy

The shade here is real. Everyone got an attitude. But guess what so do I. That kill them with kindness bullcrap can go out the window. I'm going to treat you the same way you treat me, point, blank period.

Singularly the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. We pulled through the drive thru for 2 biggie bags , a children's meal and 2 drinks. It took 20 minutes to complete the order. They gave use 4 of the 5 drinks , one of the biggie bags and then told us we would need to come in for the rest, totally defeat the "expediency" of drive thru. Then they made my grand-daughter stand in the line rather than just give her the rest of our order . During our wait the other grand-daughter completed her meal while the 1st biggie bag we had ordered proceeded to get cold. Of all the Wendy's I've eaten in, and I have in many , this was the worst in terms of service I could have traveled to the next town gotten the food and been home in the time it took. I will never go there again and I hardly recommend people choose another option or location before going there. If I could give it a negative star review I would.

Update: There seems to have been a change in management here because the service and speed has improved immensely since my previous review. A line that I waited on for 45+ now is taking 20 ( a reasonable amount for the length of the line). Upgrading to 4 stars because this change has been notable and consistent :) Old: Worst Wendy ever. I'm a regular. I just put in a mobile order and checked it in. Waited 15 to leave for the restaurant. Got there with 20 minutes passed. Waited for 30 minutes for them to even ask my order as they serve other walk-ins and dozens of cars through drive through. Fast food? Try slow as hell for no reason, with no customer service, no apology. Nothing. It's honestly sad to watch how dis-coordinated it is behind the counter. If it wasn't for the location this place would go out of business for shear terrible service hands down. Go to literally of the any places around unless you wanna stand there for an hour. The person in charge of this franchise store should be ashamed of themselves. After all that, the burgers not even warm and the fries aren't even cooked. I want a refund.
