I wish I could rate this shop higher, but the last several visits have really left a bad taste. Went in to buy a battery for 510 threaded cartridges. First one I got I asked the guy, does this have variable voltage and he said yes. Got home, opened the package and it didn’t. No worries, I went back for an exchange. Second battery has lasted all of 2 days and now it’s quit on me (outside of the 48 hour exchange policy no less). I was told all the batteries were ‘high quality’ in store except I’ve had nothing but problems. Sad but unfortunately we will have to take our business elsewhere.

My boyfriend bought a bong here recently he was told by the worker had a removable down stem, visually looked to have a removable down stem, and is a perced bong so we’d hope it would have one. Got it home. Turns out it’s fused and the light tugging trying to remove it cracked the cheapo glass it’s fused to. Save your money and time and order your glass online. Most smoke/glass shops are shysters.

Maybe I just went in at a bad time but staff had no clue. Prices were ok for a few replacement dab nails but quality was not great. Seems like a good spot for college kids but maybe look elsewhere if you know what you're doing?

Has been my go to place for salt nic but recently went in, was told a product was not menthol or "ice", only to find out at home it is. Given, it was written pretty small on the side of the box, you should know your product. Was told I could not exchange so I'm out 20 bucks
