Gene is upfront and knowledgeable. From the first call, he was kind and let me know what to expect. I was given an expensive stick vacuum and it wasn’t running properly! When I brought my vacuum in, he taught me how to disassemble my vacuum and clean it out myself. Apparently that was all it needed, and he did it all for FREE!! I am so incredibly grateful!!

I had a hoover rug cleaning machine that was almost new that had all of a sudden stopped working. Couldn't figure out why. I brought the machine to the Vacuum Doctor and he told me he really didn't work on these machines anymore. Then he said "Well let me take a quick look at if for you." He had the problem figured out in literally 10 seconds. The front part that makes contact with the rug was not properly attached. He fixed it right then and there and didn't charge me a dime! Very nice guy! I went home and the machine worked beautifully! I HIGHLY recommend the Vacuum Doctor!

The owner was very polite and explained what I needed to do to fix it by myself. I appreciated his honesty and was happy with the service he provided. I would not hesitate to contact him again, but I hope that by following his maintenance suggestions I will not have to. Turns out that my years of using the carpet deodorizer powder was responsible for my cleaner losing suction.
