If you booked a load from this location trough Scotlynn be very careful!!! Here is my experience with scotlynn: I booked a load with these guys, pickup in Yakima, WA (appt. 1pm). When I got there at 12:30pm I was told that I’m at the wrong location and that the actual pickup is in Dallesport, WA (100 mi away, with a 2pm appt. on the rate con). When I got there I was informed that real appt. time is 6pm. I left the facility at 10pm and while on the road they asked me to stop at a truck stop and get a seal, since the shipper didn’t seal the load. I had to deliver in Chicago, IL at 2am appt on rate con. When I was asked by someone at scotlynn, a few hours before the delivery, if I’m ok with that appt time (via text message) I told them Yes. I got at the delivery at 12:30am only to find out that me actual appt is at 6am and I was empty by 8:30am. They paid me $100 (2h of detention, based on their terms and conditions on the rate con) for all the detention saying that they had to reschedule the delivery appt because I told them I wouldn’t make it by 2am. And didn’t pay for the seal either, saying that they would send me the money for that I seal that I used if I fedex them the rest of the seals (it was a 5 pack).

Apt was 18:00 Came early at 11:30, park on the yard, check in again at 17:00, assigned to the door immediately. Do not open door until they say to do so, wait till guy check your refeer temperature, then open it and back in to the dock, wait for the green light and that’s all! Check out 18:30 Thank you guys! One more thing - do not follow your GPS, there will be low clearance bridge (if you see that, turn to the right before it and go straight you will see big yard where you able to make round) Go back to main road and then turn right at the light and another right at the stop sign proceed move forward after you cross railroad you will see on your left side final destination. Arrived here 2 hrs early, checked in and went straight to a door. Was loaded and gone with pw in hand less then 1 hr. All staff was friendly!

Sometimes you get the loads fast, other times you get the load slow. Great company overall.
