Waste of time. I come in at 9am. Told they emissions machine was down and being updated. They told me to come back at 10. I come back and ask if the machine is working. They said yes, and take my keys. I wait over an hour for the kid to come back out and tell me the machine isn't working anymore. Waste of time is an understatement. Never going to this dump again.

Horrible had an appointment and they said it was gonna 45-1hr b4 they could even get my vehicle in. Then asked the so called manager if he could just put air in my tires and he acted like he couldn't do it because he wasn't a tech CRAZY!!!!!! Then told me I could go to a gas station to fill up my tire because he couldn't guarantee he was going to be able to get someone to put air in my tire.

Dec 2021 brought care in for flat tire. Bought 4 new tires $600 and inquired about antifreeze and oil leakage. Got a patch to "repair". Feb 2022 brought '01 Volvo back in for transmission difficulty (car cut out when shift into gear, and gears would not allow shift into reverse). Firestone Diagnostics found no transmission issue after 1-week, but did find an engine issue for leaking oil and 2 broken tire rods. Repairs at this time were $1800. I have asked but have not received an acceptable explanation as to why the tires were installed on a car that the mechanic could clearly see a failing transmission, but instead of letting me know the transmission was failing, decided instead to "patch". Or how the diagnostics system did not identify a failing transmission after 1-week. No accidents, no potholes, no explanation for 2 broken tire rods between Dec and Feb. Transmission is now beyond reasonable cost/repair benefit ratio for a 2001 car. I am reliant on my car for my job as a single mother and am now trying to pay back the repair costs on a car that is not drive-able. I am disappointed, frustrated, and discouraged. I have learned perhaps a second opinion would have been better or to bring along someone who knows cars to look under the hood alongside the paid mechanic. Confirm before spending people.

Came in on a Friday and asked for a snow tire change over. Understandably, they were too busy, but they suggested I make an appointment, next available slot was 1030am Sunday. I took it. Dropped my car off before the appointment time and was assured I would be taken well care of. I called at 3pm asking for an update and was told it would be done between 4 and 430… Can you explain why it’s now 525pm, they are now closed and my car still has 4 tires off the rims? Hope the techs at least get overtime for the mis-management. Manager didn’t charge for the service, but was still mistreated as a customer.
