When your doctor sends a referral you better check and double check to see if it has been sent. More than once the referral department has not sent them but says they did when the doctors office you were referred to says they never received it.

Once you get established with one physician, they leave. Also overworked -they are overseeing to many patients which is also losing the quality of care.
