I am not sure what kind of Coffee they are serving on Boston Road but, this coffee is HORRENDOUS!! For the first time in over 7 years I stopped to get a cup of coffee this morning. This is not McDonald’s coffee!!!! This coffee it’s bitter and over the top on being STRONG! I usually stop every morning and a couple of times my order has been wrong but, this is just terrible. Even with 6 creamers and about 10 packets of sugar the bitterness was still the same. So, if you are reading this and, you are part of the staff there…don’t give hours old coffee and STOP making it so DAMN STRONG! We like the fresh nuttiness of McD’s coffee just leave it alone!!

They messed up on my order i asked for a spicy chicken plain with the crispy chicken sandwich they gave me the spicy with everything on it when i went back in he asked me so you want us to redo it plain i said yes he told them make it plain i come home to nothing but a bun with mayo so when i went back there boss ended up remaking it for me but she instead made another crispy and threw my sandwich with attitude. If they did it right the first time i wouldnt have had to go back two more times.

Horrible, STOP if you read this you will regret to buy food there, the only person that take seriously his work was the cashier, all other employees were playing around with the food, my whole order was made with the same meat (the cheapest one) and I bought different meals, no cheese no nothing just bun and skinny burguers

This place took too long to even get us to the order screen. Only to have a order taker with a bad attitude. Rude and short. How does McDonald's not have hot tea?. I ordered fish with Extra pickles I got the standard two with two cold large fries. Since the food took literally more than 3mins why is it not fresh hot and correctly made!. Then the rude cashier at the window puts a cold lid on a hot cup full of steaming hot water and got an attitude when asked for a hot cup lid. As if shes paying for it with her check!. But y'all want $15 and hr. This is why we have so many moving forward with tech!.. By far one of the worse customer service experiences I've had in a while!. Never even offered Bbq! . I'll be bringing my fish back for a remake! The last pic is my remade old fish. I hate giving bad reviews
