I was having a issue with my car battery terminals, which had severe corrosion and caused issues with starting the car. The employee, Alexis Mountez, was superrrrr helpful. He checked my battery with the little device thingy to make sure it was in good working condition, he also cleaned it, and he changed one of the terminals for me. He was super nice, patient, and respectful. He explained every thing he did to me, and triple checked and tightened everything bolt and screw before assuring everything was good. So I went into the state street store and didn't happen to have a mask with me. Was about to buy hundreds worth of parts. However, a man came up to me being very rude asked me to put on a mask. OK do you have any I ask him. He says yes but you will have to pay a dollar for it. Well I hate to say this but I am not pleased about a company virtually making you pay an entree fee to spend money in their store. So I left and went to O'Reilly auto parts and they were happy to help me. No charge for a mask either. What I said is you are charging for a mask to shop in your stores. Robbery in my eyes. If you want me to spend my money give me the mask and not the attitude that the man gave me. It's not about the CDC it's about what was done.

I order a part for my car and was told if I pay for it at 11am it will be here at 4pm. 5pm comes along no phone call ....nothing. I called for an ETA.. They informed me to call in on a couple of hours..and laugh on my face. That's what you get for been a loyal costumer

Its true they can't help for insurance purposes.
I always put the best. Yes synthetic cost more but it is so much cleaner for your car.
I'm not sure what that is but if AutoZone doesn't have it than they will tell you where you can get it
