Cathy is an incredible asset to the company, Tri City Sales (Ipswich location). I purchased a new stove through her nearly 2 years ago and when I had a problem with it, she worked with me to get it replaced quickly and efficiently. So, fast forward to yesterday when it became clear that I was going to need a new refrigerator. I immediately thought of Kathy and hoped she was still employed at Tri City Sales so I went there and happily found her. Her patience is remarkable. She takes the time to know what you are looking for, shows you the many varied options available and allows for the thinking process to take it’s course. She is a no pressure person who wants to make sure you are going to be satisfied with your purchase. Tri City Sales and Cathy provide old fashion service. They are reliable, reputable and there for their customers when they are needed. I will continue to shop there for all my appliance needs.

I was not sure the washer dryer tower/stack would find in our laundry room. Cathy in sales worked with me extremely well. I have no previous purchases here, this was my first. I 100% would buy here again. Cathy’s overall attitude and wanting to get it right was awesome. No chance i would get that at Lowe’s Or any big time chain. She did a lot of problem solving to make sure this would fit through the door and under a vent as we needed. It’s in!! Just fit. Can’t wait to hook it up this week. Kerri and the staff at Tri City sales were amazing!! They were honest, accurate and very l knowledgeable about their inventory. I had a beautiful refrigerator in my home three days later after a 2 week runaround from other sources!!! The delivery team was so quick and they also knew their products.
